  1. I am interested to buy a home in Mumbai. But I don’t have a financial capacity to pay hand cash and take a home. So I decided that take a home loan from SBI Bank because SBI is one of the salaried bank. But as per my knowledge bank gives a loan as different ways that floating interest rates, fixed interest rates etc. So which is better for me to take home loan that I don’t have any difficulty and easier to me repay the home loan and minimum financial lost.
