What is GIHS?

The Great Indian Home Sale (GIHS) is RoofandFloor’s annual online home buying festival. GIHS enables you to name your price for specially curated properties in Bangalore.

Last year, over 5,000 homebuyers benefited from fabulous discounts and great deals during the GIHS festival.

What is unique about GIHS?

GIHS lets you name your price for some of the leading properties in Bangalore. Additionally, you get access to discounts and offers exclusive to GIHS.

Do I need to register at RoofandFloor to participate in GIHS?

Yes! You need to be a registered user at RoofandFloor to participate. If you haven’t registered with us, sign up now.

Are there any fees to participate in GIHS?

No. Participation in GIHS is completely FREE!

How do I participate?

Participating in GIHS is really simple!

  • Visit the GIHS page between 31 October and 9 November
  • Choose from over 75 top projects in Bangalore
  • Select the relevant unit type (BHK) and unit size (sq.ft.)
  • Specify your offer price and click on Submit
  • Receive SMS and email confirmations

I have already sent my offer. What happens next?

Our Home Buying Advisor will call you to confirm your price and understand your requirements further. Post that, your Home buying Advisor will help you negotiate the best price with the builder and close the deal.

I want to make an offer for more than one property. How do I do that?

There is no limit to the number of offers you can make

You can make your offer for as many properties as you want, from those listed on the GIHS page. In fact, you can send in multiple quotes for the same project, provided they are for different units.

I submitted an offer, but now I want to change the price. How do I do that?

Log on to RoofandFloor and edit your price. Alternatively, you can also get in touch with your Home Buying Advisor, who will help you with this.

How many times can I change my offer?

You can change your offer as many times as you like until 23:59 hours of November 9, 2018.
