Located at the intersection of the Pune-Nashik Highway and the Dehu-Alandi Road, Moshi is a hotbed for property investors. Moshi is well connected, and the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation buses and Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) buses run through the suburb. Cabs and rickshaws are readily available. A metro route from Moshi to the Pune International airport is on the anvil. Construction of the proposed International Exhibition and Conventional Centre (PIECC) has already begun, which will add to the commercial viability of the suburb.

Moshi’s infrastructure and planning are being modelled on the lines of Chandigarh. Surrounded by lush greenery, the climate here is salubrious. What to Expect

A major project that is expected to give a major facelift to Moshi is the Pune International Exhibition and Convention Centre. Touted to be Asia’s biggest industrial convention centre, the project will have seven exhibition halls, a couple of iconic 28-storeyed commercial towers, hotels, and an eco-friendly nine-hole golf-course, among other things.
