Kengeri is a satellite town in Bangalore situated near the Western corridor of the city. Commute
The Kengeri Satellite Bus Stop is the origin point for several intercity and interstate bus services. The Bangalore International Airport is about 55 km away from Kengeri and is well-connected with bus services. Kengeri Railway Station is on the Bangalore-Mysore rail route and the Bangalore City Junction Railway Station is located 12 km North-East of Kengeri. It is also close to the Outer Ring Road, thus easily connecting the area to quite a few major parts of the city.
The second phase of Bangalore’s Metro project will extend connectivity to Kengeri as well.

Kengeri Satellite Town was built by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) about 30 years ago. The Kengeri Satellite Town Bus Stop is one of the hubs of the area, with several eateries, jewellery, clothes, medical and gift shops surrounding it. The Gopalan Arcade Mall is about 6 km away from Kengeri and has several upscale shopping and dining destinations.
