In the year 1980, we began with a Brick manufacturing business which later evolved into a real estate development company around 1991. Under the guidance of Mr. Sanjay Dalal the company prospered through the mid 90’s and experienced a very customer-driven expansion as customers formed relationships with Mr. Dalal and his team. Soon the company grew, becoming one of the largest developers real estate developers in Mumbai’s central suburbs. Dalal Buildcon is now led by his son Mr. Satej Dalal.
For over 25 years, we at Dalal Buildcon have proudly punctuated the skyline of Ambarnath and Badlapur delivering affordable life spaces. We have developed a total of 20 projects that account to 18 lacs sq. ft. of real estate.
