By 2004, Mr. K. Budhelia opened up the crowning gem of his career - the KB Group which was situated in the heart of Kandivli. By 2007, the KB Group had independently acquired, financed, and completed their first real estate project in Charkop (Kandivli). Over the next few years, we rapidly developed a number of projects of varying scales; all over the freshly developing sectors of Kandivli, Borivali, and Malad.
