Green Intiative

AT ELIXIR we believe in creating spaces that have modern & international feel but suitable in context of living country. Our innovative Architectural Designs are on the line of eco-friendly concepts. We work on the concept of sustainable development which is a prime factor while working for human activities.

For aesthetic point of view all spaces whether inner or outer are of same importance, accordingly our spaces are meticulously planned and designed. We convert open spaces into green patches around our buildings even in multistoried buildings so that one can connect and feel the freshness of greenery while looking outside. We are committed to protect environment and thus incorporated the green building techniques in our projects. Sustainable urbanization is our main point to focus, so we build sustainable buildings. Rain water harvesting, high performance glazing & roof insulation for thermal performance and solar panel are used in our buildings to make them energy efficient.
