As part of its strategic diversification initiative, the company entered the Education and Logistics segments in 2008. Its first project in the area of Education became operational in 2009. The Institute of Information Technology & Management, Gurgaon – an Engineering and Management College, affiliated with AICTE, Govt of India and the Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak is constructed on 12 acres of land in Sohna, Gurgaon. In 2008, the logistics and warehousing team acquired 26 acres of land and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a leading US warehousing company. This acquisition is cited as the first high-tech warehousing park in Northern India.
