All windows shall be of sliding Aluminium with glazed shutters. For security, MS grills shall be provided as per architect's design.


All Hardware like hinges, handles, tower bolts etc., will be of powder coated Aluminium.

 Flooring Floor

Living & Dining -Vitrified tiles 600mm x 600mm of standard make and shade approved by the Architect. Ceramic Tiles of 300mm x 300mm for all other areas.

Skirting : Skirting will be laid with tiles same as flooring for 3"height.


Counter : Countertop will be laid with black granite.

Sink : Stainless steel single bowl of standard make.

Dado : Glazed tile upto 210"from countertop.


Floor: Ceramic tile 300mm x 300mm.

Dado: Glazed tile upto 7 feet.

Water Closet: Whitefloor mounted European water closet of standard make.

All the internal lines will be concealed PVC pipe for cold water and CPVC pipesfor hot water. All external lines will be open PVC pipes fixed on walls.


Internal walls : Internal walls shall be finished with touch up putty and one coat of primer.

External walls : External walls shall be finished with two coats of cement based paint as selected by the architect over one coat of white cement primer.

Grills : Two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer shall be provided as per architect's approved colour.

Wiring: Concealed wiring with wires of IS specification.

Switches: Basic modular switches of standard IS specified make.

Drinking water R.O.water of 300 Vs/day shall be provided at kitchen for each apartment. Bore well water Borewell water shall be provided for all other purposes except drinking.


Terrace will be laid with burnt clay weathering tiles over Surkhi.

Common STP Treated water will be recycled.
