As per design and drawings from structural consultants generally RCC framed with 230 mm brickwork for exterior wall sand 115 mm brickwork for partitions, with reinforcement provided at very five layers. Building is R.C.C Framed structure with bricks plastered wall. Any defect in work or materials that result in the failure of load bearing part of the said apartments structure or materially and adversely affects its load bearing function for a period of 10years from the date of completion of construction of the building.(Only internal alteration allowed without affecting the elevation & structure).
