Plain ceramic tile flooring, ceramic printed/ plain tile dado, for about 7’0” height from floor, concealed plumbing arrangements.

a)  One sump of adequate capacity for receiving metro water as and when CMWSSB supply becomes available to the complex.

b) One overhead tank which will have 2 compartments with provision for pumping water from captive source (bore well) and metro water from the ground sump.

c)  A tap in the kitchen for metro water supply from over head tank. Grounds water/purchased water to bath and toilet

d) Hot and cold water provision to bathrooms

e) Water inlet and outlet for washing machine & a tap for service area.

Sanitary Wares & FixturesWhite Glazed vitreous hindware/parryware Sanitaryware EWC/IWC/ WASH BASIN. Low Level flushing cisterns, plastic seat cover for EWC, C.P. Brass fittings and other suitable fixtures, (Parryware brand)

Electrical: Three phase electric supply connection with a separate Manual Three phase changeover switches inside each flat and wiring will be of copper fire retardant cables concealed in PVC conduits. ELCB (Earth Leak Circuit Breaker) will be provided and switches will be Modular Type mounted on metal boxes.

WaterTank: Water tank with separation for corporation water and bore well storage + underground storage sump with more than adequate capacity. 2 separate motors. One bore well and 1 for metro water.

Car Park: Covered car park in the ground floor as earmarked for each apartment
