Structure:

RCC framed structure with foundations confirming to BIS. The building to be designed as per requirements for seismic zone III. Anti-termite treatment will be provided as per BIS for the complete building. Walls will be constructed using bricks set in cement mortar.9”thick brick wall for the outer wall and 41/2” thick wall for the internal partition wall.

Wall Finishes:

Internal walls will be finished with cement plaster with putty finish and emulsion paint .The toilet walls will be finished with concept glazed ceramic tiles subject to a limited choice of colours and concepts up to lintel level. Toilets, kitchen, Balconies and other areas will be finished with cement plaster and putty finish and emulsion paint. 2’0” above the kitchen platform will be finished with glazed ceramic tiles of size 10” x 16”.Exterier faces of the building will be finished with the cement plaster and Exterior weather coat grade paint.
