The building shall be usual type of construction with suitable foundation

Doors & Windows
Main door will be of first quality teak wood frame and 32 mm solid wood panelled varnish finish door
All other doors will be of first quality teak wood frame with white enamel paint finish American mazonite moulded door
The main door will be provided with Godrej Mortise Latch and other doors will be fitted with stainless steel fittings
All windows will be of UPVC windows with M.S ornamental grill and plain glass
Flooring will be of vitrified 24" X 24" tile costing Rs. 90/- sq. ft. (off white color) flooring shall be done in living room, bedrooms, dining area, and kitchen .
Anti skid tiles of size 12"x12" costing Rs.50/- per sq. ft. in toilets, service area and balcony.
Walls & Tiling
Interior walls will be finished with smooth putty finish with emulsion.
Bathroom walls Designed Tiles costing Rs. 50/- sq. ft. with concept designed off – white ceramic tiles up to 7ft. height.
In the vicinity of washbasin 3’ height and above the kitchen platform 2’ height (Off white colour).
Kitchen platform will be made of polished black colour granite stone
The sink will be of porcelain sink (Carysil)
Shelves & Lofts
Provision of shelves / wardrobes, lofts shall be provided in the kitchen and bedrooms
Electricity & Wiring
Electricity supply will be extended through three-phase with automatic phase changeover
Modular switches (Anchor Roma or equal), plug points, main board and sub main board will be provided with individual meters for the villa/flat and common meter for common service
Necessary electrical points (as per the size of the room) will be provided for lights, fans and electrical gadgets, etc.
Plumbing & Sanitary Ware Fittings
Internal concealed plumbing will be of branded CPVC pipes and external plumbing will be of branded P.V.C Pipes.
The waste and underground sewage line will be done with P.V.C. pipes with P.V.C. specials and stoneware pipes.
All water closets and washbasin (Roca International Standard Fittings) will be white color ceramic.
Toilet and kitchen fittings will be CP fittings (Jaquar something special or Crabtree make).
T.V. & TELEPHONE CABLES
Provision for T.V. antenna and telephone conduct will be provided for living and bedrooms with good quality concealed conduits extended from the terrace.
Sreenivas Housing was established in 1989 by Shri D.Elumalai, who was inspired by his father Shri G.Durai. With the blessings of Lord Kapaleeswara, the company initially developed 12 happy homes in Mylapore.
The first 10 years we were focused on residential contracts and small scale flat promotion. We have developed many large scale residential projects in the last decade, leveraging our experience gathered in our initial years, and with the guidance of various advisors and landowners and the good support of our team. Our mentor Mr. P.B.Ramajayam helped us grow from strength to strength.
Our first milestone project is "Grassland Mount" at Poonamallee with 48 flats which was successfully promoted in two years. Our next project was at Sholinganallur where we developed 20 premium villa. Over the last 25 years, we have developed many such projects in South Chennai supported by various joint ventures and landowners.
We take care of the maintenance of the projects, after handing over, for a minimal charge. We also take care of the gardening, day-to-day maintenance and the security of all our projects. We give you a happy home!
