Sree Nivas Gardens Pondicherry is a modular type individual houses developed by Sree Nivas Buildtech at Gaffour Nagar Extension in Pondicherry. Specifications  FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE

RCC Isolated column foundation

RCC Framed structure using M20 Mix, Lintel, Sunshade and Lofts.

 

BRICK WORK

Brick work in CM 1:6, using local country bricks for 230mm wide for external walls.

Brick work in CM 1:4, using local country bricks for 115 mm wide wall with reinforcement for internal partition walls

Parapet will be 4 ½” wall without reinforcement.

Cupboards using Concrete slab and masonry will be given at all bedrooms

 

PLASTERING

All RCC surfaces are plastered with CM 1:3

All internal wall surfaces are plastered with CM 1:5 & external wall surfaces are plastered with CM 1:4

 

REINFORCEMENT

TMT Fe 415 grade steel will be used for all works except 6 mm which is mild steel

 

FLOOR FINISH

Vitrified tiles of size 24”x24” shall be provided for living, bed and kitchen

Ceramic tiles 12”x12” shall be provided for toilet floors

4” high skirting with vitrified tiles as per same pattern as the floor

Open terrace is finished with one layer of country tile over 3” thick brick jelly weathering course

Heavy duty concrete flooring will be given for car parking

 

WALL TILES

Glazed tiles 10”x14” or 10”x12” of size provided 7’ height from the floor level for toilet and bathrooms

Wall dado for 2’ height with 10”x12” glazed tiles above platform level at kitchen

 

DOORS AND WINDOWS

The main door frame will be of Teak wood, finished with 35mm thick Panelled door with both side polished and fitted with Godrej lock.

Bed room doors will have good quality country wood (Padauk) frames and moulded skin door of 35mm thick with BWR grade and painted using enamel paint

Toilet doors will have good quality country wood (Padauk) frames and flush doors of 32 mm thick with plastic coated finish

All windows will have country wood (Padauk) frames and shutters fitted with 4 mm pinhead glass and powder coated steel safety grills

All joinery fitting are SS(like aldrop, hinges, tower bolt)

 

KITCHEN

Green granite counter top is provided for the platforms of 2’-0” wide.

One stainless steel sink bowl with drain board is provided along the platforms

Cuddapah shelf, RCC loft and Exhaust fan opening will be provided
