The structure will be of R.C.C / Brick work Structure.

All exterior panel walls will be 9" thick Brick Work and interior panel walls will be 4.5" thick brick work.

All Walls will be plastered with cement mortar finished smooth in the interiors and finished rough in the exteriors to match the facade.



All Sanitary wares (i.e., Water closets & washbasins) will be of ordinary coloured of reputed brand. (Parry ware or equivalent).

All Sanitary fittings (i.e., Bib taps Hot & Cold mixer for showers, basin taps) will be of chromium plated. (Jaquar CP fittings or equivalent).



The kitchen platform will be of polished black granite with stainless steel sink & drain board in each apartment.
