Specification of Rakshi Expandable Villas

1. STRUCTURE:

•    Masonry – external walls with 9” Chamber brick Masonry and internal walls with 4 1/2”   Chamber brick masonry or brick masonry.
•    Structure designed for Ground and First floor with Floor to ceiling height of 10’
•    Car Porch with M.S. Frame work and Clay tiled flooring.

2. PLASTERING:

•    All internal walls smoothly plastered with lime rendering.
•    External plastering with sponge finish.

3. FLOORING:

•    Vitrified Tiles for living, dining, bedrooms & kitchen area.
•    Anti skid tiles for Balconies, Toilets and internal utility area.
