RCC framed structure with RCC foundations. Building designed as per the SEISMIC ZONE III. Anti termite treatment has been provided for the entire building, walls have been constructed using country burnt bricks. 9” thick wall will be for external and 4.5” thick wall for internal walls.
All Internal walls will be finished with cement plaster with putty finish and emulsion paint. Toilet walls will be finished with first quality Ceramic tiles up to 7’0” lintel level. 2’0” above the kitchen platform will be finished with first quality Ceramic tiles. Exterior faces of the building will be finished with the cement plaster and exterior with Apex coat grade paint.
Living, Dining and bedroom floors will be finished with 2’0” x 2’ 0” vitrified tiles with matching 4” high skirting. Kitchen floors will be finished using 2’0” x 2’ 0” vitrified Tiles with matching 4” high skirting. Bathrooms wall areas will be finished with ceramic tiles 12” x 8” and flooring with 12”x12” ceramic matt finish tiles. Balcony areas will be finished with tiles 12”x12” and 4” high skirting.

Entrance door using Teakwood frame with Veneered skin shutters polished on the external surface and fitted with handles, Magic eye and locks. Frames and shutters using Powder Coated Aluminum, Painted MS grills to the walls will be provided.

All sanitary ware shall be of Parry ware white color in all toilets. All toilets in the apartment to be provided with European closets. All toilets will have a provision for Geyser; Bathroom fitting will be of Parry ware. Dining will be provided with white washbasin. Wash basin will be provided only in Master Bedroom Toilet.
Concealed insulated copper multi-strand Alert or equivalent ISI Brand make wires will be used in all apartments. Each apartment will be provided with a distribution board having MCBs. All switches and sockets are modular type of GM Brand. Three phase supply with concealed wiring will be provided.
The actual supply will be single or three phases based on the TNEB rules and regulations at the time of energizing the Building. Spilt A/C provision will be provided in both the Bed rooms.15A plug points will be provided for fridge, washing machine and geyser in toilets. TV and Telephone points will be provided in Living and master bedroom.
2 Bore wells are provided with 2Nos of 1.5 HP Jet Pumps. One underground RCC sump of required capacity for Panchayat water with 1No of 1HP Motor, overhead RCC tank with partition wall for drinking / bore well water will be provided.
