Specification of MP Eeva & Laxmi

R.C.C: Reinforced cement concrete will have cement, sand and blue metal mixed in a ratio of 1:2:4 this long with steel reinforcement will be used for the construction of columns, roof slab, beam, lintels, loft, sunshade and kitchen platform.

BRICKWORK: All walls will be 9”&4.5” as per working plan, chamber burnt bricks using cement mortar.

WALL FINISH: All plastered surface will be painted with inner double coat of emulsion paint and outer double coat of exterior emulsion paint.

STAIR CASE: Dog-legged staircase

ROOF HEIGHT: GF – 10 FEET

DOORS: Main Door will be 2nd  Teakwood frame with Teakwood shutter. Room Door will be 2nd Teakwood frame with flush doos. Toilet Door will be PVC Door (full panel).

DOOR FINISH: All doors and other wooden surface will be Enamel painted.

WINDOWS: Windows will be made of UPVC frame with sliding shutters and MS Safety grill.

TERRACE WORK: The parapet wall will be built for a height of 3’0” with wall thickness of 4.5”.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING: Rain water harvesting provision will be done in the premises.

ELECTRICAL WORKS: ISI Brand Cables and Norwood or ISI branded Modular switches (if any main board to be charged extra).
