Environment sustainability

Waste water from the buildings will be treated and recycled through a specially designed waste water treatment system. Rain water from the building roofs will be channelled into percolation pits, recharging the ground water.

Future update to solar energy through photovoltaic panels for hybrid electric supply will be designed within the layouts for staying ahead of our present means.

The building materials will be locally produced, getting away from the notion that "imported" is better.

Energy efficiency 

The buildings have been designed to maximize natural lighting and cooling with sufficient openings with large overhangs. The roof slabs are designed to have green terraces which will dramatically reduce the temperature of the interior spaces.
