Framed Structure (RCC - Columns, Plinth / Tie Beams, Sunshade & Roof Slabs) Mild steel Floor to floor height of 10 feet.

9” thick  load bearing brick work all external walls and 4.1/2” thick brick work for all inside partition walls.    

               

Basement :

3 Feet height from existing ground level filled with pit sand well consolidated and PCC with 40mm jelly to receive flooring, RCC plinth beam at floor level along the load bearing walls will be provided.

Plastering :

Ceiling plastering 12mm thick in cement & sand 1:3 and wall plastering using cement & sand 1:4 for all inside and 1:5 for outside walls.
