        Chemical water proofing for all toilets sunken portion, water tank and terrace haunch portion.

        Anti termite control treatment in three stages, at foundation level, basement level and periphery of building at the finished stage by Government approved consultancy.


xiii    LIFT:-

        Six persons fully automatic lift with ARD of standard manufacture will be provided.
