Now we have been promoting layouts in and around south Chennai and allover Tamilnadu, mainly areas like Chengalpattu, Oragadam, Padappai, sriperumputhur etc., as far as Chennai is concerned.“Secondly, personalized services are our specialty. We also guard the site for our client post-purchase through services like fencing, EC, etc., and loan arrangement. These apart, we help our clients with resale also. ”Outside Chennai, Pristine Prime projects are spread across Trichy, Dindugal and Thoothukudi. In Trichy, they have promoted layout called Chandra Gardens on the Trichy-Madurai National Highway. We are also doing in Viralimalai while we will be launching a project at Vedasandur in Dindugal and another one is in the process in Thoothukudi.”
