Founded in 1993 and formerly known as Sonex Realty. This is the beginning of a legacy spanning three decades. The name was changed to Newry Properties and we haven't looked back since!
1996 was the year we began flourishing! Bigger projects projected our growth into the market quite well.
Chennai was our base and we laid it out in Anna Nagar and surrounding areas.
We are currently developing over 10 residential projects! 2003 was yet another year of milestones. We expanded into the commercial and residential projects market.
2013 was when we went from inside Chennai to develop the suburbs. South Chennai and outer city projects were in abundance for Newry!
By 2019, we had expanded into plots too. More projects were taken up by us that catered to all the needs of the homebuyer in Chennai. Our projects are laid out across the landscape of Chennai!
