Introduction: We would like to introduce ourselves a Company primarily engaged in Construction and Hotelier business which has been doing successfully for over 25 years. Today, Kences ranks as one of Top Builders &Hotelier in South India
Constitution and Management: It is a Private Limited Company headed and managed by Mr K. Narasa Reddy, a very dynamic person with diversified interests along with other competent professionals in the line of activity.
Projects handled: The Company has been concentrating only on developing Mega Projects. The first project developed with a super built up area of about 3,00,000 Sq Ft in about 45 Grounds was in the nerve Centre of Chennai known as Kences Enclave (2,10,000 SqFt)and Kences Towers(90000 Sq Ft) which stands as a landmark in T. Nagar. The Second Mega Project of about 3,15,000 Sq Ft comprising of 202 luxurious Residential Apartments with all modern amenities was completed in the arterial road of Chennai City namely on Poonamallee High Road (P.H. Road) named as Kences Brindavan.In addition to this, the Company has also taken and completed Small projects in T. Nagar and Poes Garden, Chennai.
Joint Venture - Residential Apartments: The Company acquired about 4.5 acres of land in Virugambakkam , Chennai, a predominantly residential area in which it had developed and sold 2,85,000 Sq Ft comprising of 256 apartments under Joint Venture scheme.
The Company had also recently completed a project of about 20472 Sq Ft comprising of 12 Posh Flats in T.Nagar, Chennai .
On going Project : The Company has commenced its next project in about 39 grounds with a super built up area of 1,60,000 sqft. The Company has obtained necessary permissions and approvals for developing High ended Luxury Residential apartments in a posh locality namely Kotturpuram, Chennai . The Company successfully obtained Completion certificate from the competent authorities and just started sales as a Ready Flat for Possession.
Hotel at Tirupathi : The Company had built a 4 Star Hotel with modern architecture called Fortune Kences Hotel, a land mark in the Pilgrim City, namely, Tirupathi in Andhra Pradesh on a land of about one Acre. .
Hotel at Chennai: The Company has developed a Botique Hotel in T. Nagar and has excellent Bar Facilities. This caters partly to the needs of Chennai Corporates
Star Category Resorts closer to I T Corridor Chennai: The Company has built Resorts in a huge land of about 8.75 Acres in E.C.R Road, which is closer to IT Parks and IT Corridor in Chennai. The Resorts cum Hotel is operated as WelcomHotel Kences Palm Beach.
