Polished granite platform of 2’ depth on two sides and a stainless steel sink (HAFELE or equivalent) with single drain board connected to floor drain will be provided.
The wall adjacent to the platform will have glazed tiles dadoed up to false roof height above the platform level.
Kitchen Tap will be Jaquar fittings or equivalent ISI make.

Metro water deposits with the CMWSSB will be maintained in the name of the customer.
