Plumbing & sanitary
Cp fittings, cpvc/pvc pipes & fittings will be provided. White/ pastel colored sanitary fixtures will be provided.
Glazed/ceramic tiles dado up to false ceiling (7’ height). Pastel colour wash basin, ewc in all toilets of hindware/equivalent/imported make will be provided. Hot and cold water mixer unit/diverter for shower of marc/crabtree/jaquar/imported make will be provided in all the toilets. Health faucets in all the toilets and a provision for one geyser in each toilet will be made along large sized toilet ventilators with louvers. A provision will be given to fix exhaust fan.
One sump and over head tank will be provided to store corporation/municipal water and another over head tank to store ground/bore water will be provided. Rain-water harvesting system for recharging ground water level as per government norms will be provided.
Car parking/common areas
Separate covered car-parking area will be allotted for each house/apartment in the ground floor. Paver blocks around the building and grano flooring in the car parking.
