RCC framed structure with 9? thick exterior Brick wall and 4.5? thick interior Flyash Brick wall.
2.DOORS AND WINDOWS:
Main door will be of quality Teak wood frame & paneling with Melamine Polishing. All others will be of quality Teak wood frame/flush door with white enamel paint finish. The main door will be provided with Godrej mortise latch and other doors will be fitted with anodized aluminium fittings. All windows will be of Teakwood frames & Shutters or of UPVC.
Vitrified 24? X 24? tile flooring (off white colour) shall be done in living room, bedrooms, dining area and kitchen. Anti skid tiles of size 12?x12? in toilets, service area and balcony.
4.WALLS AND TILING:
Interior walls will be finished with smooth putty finish with emulsion. Bathroom walls tiling with concept designed off–white ceramic tiles up to 7 ft height. In the vicinity of washbasin 3? height and above the kitchen platform 2? height (Off white colour).
Kitchen platform will be made of polished black colour granite stone. The sink will be of stainless steel.
6.SHELVES AND LOFTS:
Shelves / wardrobes shall be provided in the kitchen and bedrooms with cuddapah slab. One Loft will be provided in the kitchen and bedroom.
7.ELECTRICITY AND WIRING:
Three phase Electricity supply will be extended with automatic phase changeover. Modular Switches (Anchor Roma or equivalent), plug points, main board and sub-main board will be provided. Individual meters for the flats and common meter for common service. Necessary electrical points (as per the size of the room) will be provided for lights, fans and electrical gadgets etc. Powder coated steel Electrical Mains/Meter Panel with 7 outgoings.
8.PLUMBING AND SANITARY WARE FITTINGS:
Internal concealed plumbing will be of branded UPVC Pipes and external plumbing will be of branded CPVC Pipes. The waste and underground sewage line will be done with P.V.C. pipes with P.V.C. specials. All water closets and washbasin (Parryware or equivalent) will be white colour ceramic. Toilet and kitchen will be provided with CP fittings.
9.T.V. & TELEPHONE CABLES:
Provision for T.V. antenna and telephone conduit will be provided for living and Master bedroom with good quality concealed Conduit extended from the terrace.

A sump and overhead tank of suitable capacity shall be provided.
The site will be covered by compound wall.
The motor pump set will be provided for pumping bore water & Sump water.
Automatic water level controller will be provided for over head tank.
