Concrete and Reinforcement :

All bedrooms and kitchen will have a loft and suitable cupboard arrangement(open type)

Cuddapah shelves in cupboards for bedrooms and kitchen will be provided

Weathering course using brick jelly, lime shell will be done. The top surface will be finished with red Mangalore tiles

Terrace will have a parapet wall up to a height of 3.5 feet and suitable arrangement for drying clothes is provided

Main gate will be of steel and will be painted.
