Job Description

As an Advisory Sales Executive, you will play a critical role as the direct channel of support to the homebuyer. You will assist the homebuyer during his entire home buying journey: from discovery to possession.


Key Accountabilities

  • Use leads generated by the calling and marketing team and converting them into customers
  • Convert customers by meeting them face-to-face and explaining to them the benefits of Home Buying Advisory Service (HBA)
  • Provide a list of properties that best match their requirements
  • Take customers for site visits armed with a thorough knowledge of the project
  • Negotiate the best price with the builder for the homebuyer



  • About 2 – 3 years of work experience in direct sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and mindset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Effective in setting priorities and meeting deadlines
