Times are exciting at RoofandFloor! We are expanding rapidly and are looking to build our business units stronger. We currently have an opening for a City Head – Home Buying Advisory (HBA) at Pune

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for meeting the Home-Buying Advisory (HBA) revenue targets
  • Manage planning and development of existing accounts and nurturing new accounts and closing sales opportunities independently
  • Work with HBA head to identify and launch lead sources for key projects
  • Recruit, mentor, incentivise & monitor a team of HBA advisors to deliver best-in-class home buying experience while meeting revenue targets
  • Study the key micro-markets in the city and define targets for deal closure in those markets
  • Build strategic alliances with leading builders in the city to get the best possible deal for HBA customers
  • Ensure timely collection of dues from builders and customers
  • Define and deploy process for creating, updating, and utilising a database of inventory available in key micro-markets
