Signature Classic

"Signature Classic" is a residential apartment project developed by M/s Signature Dwellings Private Limited. The project is planned in the affordable- luxury housing segment targeting entry- level home buyers. The proposed project is located at Sompura village, off Sarjapur road. It is close to major IT settings and is located about half an hour's drive from Electronics City, Whitefield and Outer Ring Road.

"Signature Classic" is developed in a total land area of 3 acres 12 guntas, planned in two phases. The first phase, which is approved by BMRDA, is in 2 acres 06 guntas and the proposed second phase in remaining 1 acre 06 guntas.

164 nos of 2 BHK units is planned in the first phase of the project in 2 acres 06 guntas land area with apartment sizes ranging from 651 sq.ft to 994 sq.ft.

"Signature Classic" is located at about 11 kms from Wipro Corporate office on Sarjapur Road, "Signature Classic" is located at about 5 kms from the 65- acre campus of SABIC Research.The proposed residential project is located at the IT hub of Bangalore. "Signature Classic" is located at about 11 kms from Wipro Corporate office on Sarjapur Road. A second 56- acre campus of Wipro, which is currently under construction and the first phase to be commissioned by 2017, is about 8 kms from the project. In a half-hour drive from the project is Sarjapur- Outer Ring Road, which hosts four major IT- ITES SEZ's of above 100 acre each and is occupied by IT giants like Intel, Accenture, Capgemini, IBM, CISCO and other corporates like Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, KPMG. The 800 acre Infosys facility is about 4 kms from the project.

Other Industries/ Employment facilities:

"Signature Classic" is located at about 5 kms from the 65- acre campus of SABIC Research, the research wing of one of the largest petro-chemical industries in the world, which is the only facility of the company in India. The 450- acre campus of Azim Premji University is also located about 5 kms from the project.

Educational Institutions:

The best International Schools of Bangalore are located at about 3-8 kms from the project making the location a preferred choice for families with school- going kids. Some of the major schools in the locality are TISB, Greenwood High, Indus International School, Inventure Academy, Oakridge International School, DPS- East Bangalore, India International School, Primus School, Harvest International and Gear Foundation.

Other major infrastructure developments:

The proposed location is also included in major infrastructure development projects. Development of Sarjapur road to a four- lane road is in the pipeline. The proposed Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) and Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) are passing very close to the project location and would provide a major economic boost to the locality.
