All Wires will be of 'Finolex,/Anchor / Havellsor equal quality make .

All Switcheswill be Modular – Anchor / Havells/ Roma make .

All circuits are protected by MCBS and fuses. All from reputed manufacture's only.

Every House will have Internet, Cable Connections. Inside the House, the Facility will be

extended from the Hall to Master Bed Room.

All Rooms will have sufficient Light , Fan and Plug Points. Hall and Bed Rooms will have AC Points.

Kitchen will have adequate number of Plug Points for Aquaguard, Exhaust Fan , Chimney , Mixi,

Micro Oven , Fridge.

Fittings like , Lights and Fittings , Fans, Heaters etc. are not provided by us. We Provide only the points.

 

WATER SUPPLY:-

Water is Bore well water purified and made potable supplied from the LayOut Water Tank.

Water from the Tank are pumped to Individual Houses who are provided with 3000 litre capacity

U/G sump.

Each house is provided with a 500 LitreSyntex Over Head Tank for their Usage.

By a ½ HP motor pump water is pumped from the U/G sump to the OH syntex Tank.

 

SECURITY AND COMPOUND WALL:-

The Entire Township is secured by a Compound Wall, All Around.

The whole Township will be Guarded 24/7 by security Guards.

Security Guard Room is provided at the Entrance Gate.

Night patrols by Guards with Dogs are also Planned.
