The Development work is in progress, bore well is dug, Water Tank is also Ready, Dreinage work is over, Kachha Roads are ready,maadhava-nagar-1 We have given contract to KEB work, which will be taken up after getting the Modified lay out plan approved by the Authority. The laout is already approved. But it was not approved as per our requirement , i.e. as per the bookings made by our society.. Now we have sent it for modification, the Planning Authority,THE AUTHORITY IN THE FIRST INSTANCE HAS ASKED US TO RESUBMIT THE MAP IN SAPERATE LAY OUTS SINCE THE GAP BETWEEN THE LAND WITH IN THE LAY OUT AREA IS MORE HENCE ON THE ADVICE OF THE AUTHORITY WE HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED SAPERATE PLANS ALSO AND ANTICIPATING THE APPROVAL WITH IN THIS MONTH OR SO. IT IS BEING RELEASED WITH IN THIS MONTH,  no sooner planning authority RELEASES,FORMATION OF LAY OUT work, AND  Allotment and Registration will start. The time for this will be tantatively about SIX months.Demand Notices have been sent to all members the demand Notice is published in our Website also, Those who have not paid the amount in full are requested once again to pay the balance immidiately otherwise forgoing your seniority the sites will be allotted and registered to the next eligible member further we will not entertain any sort of objection in this respect after allotment process is started which is to be noted.

Proposed Location and Facilities Offered:

It is located in Nelamangala Township, which is on 6 Track NH-4 between Bangalore & Tumkur. Approximately it is 27 Kms. from Bangalore and 1.5 Kms. from Nelamangala Municipal office & Proposed Railway Station.

The layout will BEING formed with 60ft. wide Main roads & 30/40' Cross Roads

Underground water supplying lines, sewerage lines, overhead and underground electrical, overhead water tanks, septic tank IS ALREADY provided to the layout.

Planting of trees on both sides of the roads WILL BE DONE , necessary CA area, park area IS provided IN THE APPROVED MAP.

Entire work IS BEING executed as per the BMRDA norms and specifications
